Capabilities

Core competencies

Eight kinds of work from the Calamba plant: precision metal, vehicle bodies, machining, storage systems, seats, fiberglass, construction, and renovation.

01

Metal fabrication

High-precision metal fabrication, fitting, and welding. This is the base of the shop, from OEM brackets to structural steel.

  • Brackets, hinges, stampings, and link assemblies
  • Jigs and fixtures for production
  • Trusses, columns, composite deck, ducting, and pipeline steel
  • Door-lock housings, tire holders, and taxi partition panels

02

Body building

Vehicle bodies built on a base unit. Documented builds include Toyota Tamaraw funeral cars and police mobiles, plus fiberglass bodies for modern public-utility and electric vehicles.

The shop also converts ambulances, fire trucks, and LGU vehicles when that is the duty the body has to serve.

03

Machining

Machining sits with fabrication and welding so OEM parts can be held to a closer fit than fabricated steel alone.

Send the drawing. The plant will confirm which operations belong in machining and which stay in fabrication.

04

Racking and storage

Storage and handling equipment fabricated for plants and warehouses.

  • Racks and folding cage racks
  • Collapsible metal crates
  • Dollies, skids, and trolleys
  • Parts caddies, tool cabinets, and scissor lifts

05

Automotive seat fabrication

Seat frames and mechanisms for vehicle programs, including work associated with seating clients such as Uratex.

  • Jump seats and side seats
  • Front-facing and side-facing frames
  • Fold-and-tumble seats
  • Ferry passenger seats
  • Recliners, leg assemblies, and custom hinges

06

Fiberglass fabrication

Molded fiberglass for vehicle bodies and panels, where a formed shape is the right skin over a metal structure.

Programs named in the company profile include DECC, jeepney modernization, Hino Motors Philippines, Del Monte Motors, and Hyundai Philippines.

07

Construction

Steel construction and plant installation, carried forward from the company’s start in steel towers.

  • Ducting and pipeline
  • Mezzanine construction
  • Overhead monorail with carrier
  • Conveyor systems, including dogtail conveyors
  • Canopies and man baskets for crane and forklift work

Structural design stays with the project’s engineer. LMW fabricates and installs from that design.

08

Renovation and repainting

Shop and facility refresh work, not only new fabrication. The profile includes renovation for Sojitz Fuso and repainting for Yamaha 3S shops.
